Glass-lined flash bottom outlet valve, Plumbing accessories, pipes, manway cover, protection ring are used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Our enamel CR 3084 is specialized for surface protection against corrosive media. In addition to excellent corrosion resistance to chemicals it is diffusion safe, and has temperature and wear resistance to ensure a long service life.

The basic range covers nominal diameters from 25 to 800 mm and can, for certain nominal diameters, extend up to a maximum of 3 meters. The versions can be supplied according to DIN, ANSI and factory standards.

The external finish is comprised of abase coating of zinc rich primer. However, an additional top finish of Polyurethane or epoxy can be applied upon customers request of a special shade. The fitting of earthling bolts is recommended where static charging problems can occur.

ENAMEL

The ancient Egyptians applied enamel to stone objects, pottery and sometimes jewelry. By the 19^th century, it became a widely adopted technology. Enamel coatings are applied to many consumer objects like cooking vessels, steel sinks, enameled bathtubs, dish washers along with countless others. Besides enamel coatings, there are many other types of industrial coatings. However, glass lining is a more suitable option to other types of industrial coatings because of its inert properties and durability.

Our CR 3004 has excellent corrosion resistance, good abrasion resistance and is diffusion-safe with a long service life.

Requirements met for:

Acid resistance

– According to DIN ISO 2743 (HCL 20 %, 108 °C)
– According to DIN ISO 51174 (HCL 20 %, 140 °C)

Alkali resistance

– According to DIN ISO 2745 (NaOH 4 %, 80 °C)

Resistance to boiling water

– According to DIN ISO 2744 (Demineralized water at 100 °C)

Pharma Blue Lite PB 5001
Designed for FDA regulated pharmaceutical applications with high demands on chemical inertness. It is free of heavy metal ions and has high corrosion resistance in alkaline solutions. The light blue color makes it easy-to-clean and it has high reflectivity to allow optical production control.
